TEAM is Not Just For Sports

Last night I attended a Think Tank Session for a new Direct Sales Organization. It began with a home cooked meal by one of the Original Founders of the company. The meal was super delicious and the socializing among the attendees was in high spirit. The company,AppsBuzzing, recently began marketing this innovative digital media company only 2 months ago. I was invited by someone who I recently met (through a mutual friend) and I immediately saw the potential of AppsBuzzing and got myself involved as a Founding Member of the President's Circle. I will talk about AppsBuzzing at the end of this post as I want to focus on the TEAM. RM, the original dreamer of AppsBuzzing had us meet last night and he set the ground rules for the Think Tank. His demeanor created the tone. Yes, we will have differences, but for AppsBuzzing to succeed we will need to think like a team, a unit, and at the end of the evening we were all saying the same thing, with a few words changed by each person. No two of us were the same, there were leaders there such as CJ, RA and myself and people who thought they were followers like T and AW. As I said "thought" because T and AW are actually the shinning stars, then there is KW who has many great thoughts and once expressed added his singles and doubles to the game and then there is JA who, although quite quiet adds a lot to the behind the scenes success of the evening. Passion flowed by all and our hostess RA kept the evening going with her passionate stories of her many successes as a business woman. Now our TEAM is forming and at 130AM we finally called it a night, but what a night it was and it was definitely a TEAM effort.
