South Florida Gold had a great turnout and tryout experience, so many real good players were there from around the world. ESPN and local sports coverage arrived and did some interviews with our Head Coach, Ken Mitchell and Chris Bol,son of the late, great Manute Bol. Some of our returning players we're interviewed also. Marquis Mathis, returning from his MVP selection at the Tampa NBA combine told me he saw some great potential in many of the players who came to the tryouts. Tryouts continue today and we will select the 20 players we will take to the next step in our process to create a championship South Florida Gold ABA Basketball team.
